Virtual Classes Via Zoom

Explore guided breathing, yoga postures and movement patterns from the comfort of your home or office. Drop in rates available or choose a discounted monthly class package.

All class packages valid for one calendar month. Need to miss a class? No problem. A recording of the session, with a viewing period of 7 days, will be available for you to practice on your own.

Michelle offers a library of over 65 prerecorded classes suitable for all ages and abilities. Subscriptions are renewable each calendar month, with new classes added monthly. Classes range from 20 minute stretch sessions to 60 minute complete mind body practices.

Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions are designed to meet the goals of the individual, taking into account your body, lifestyle and any injuries or other limitations. They are also a great way to learn personalized alignment cues and healthy movement techniques, offering education to safely practice in group classes, or develop a home practice. During these sessions, you'll have  the opportunity to ask questions that are specific to your body and receive the personal attention needed to accelerate your understanding and development of yoga.

1:1 sessions can be held online via Zoom or in-person. Contact Michelle for pricing and availability.

Private Group Sessions

Michelle offers private group sessions in Black Mountain, NC and surrounding areas of western North Carolina. Group sessions are ideal for conference groups and corporations looking to offer a morning or lunch hour yoga session for its participants. Michelle also partners with local retreat facilitators, bringing accessible yoga sessions and sound healing to your event.

Michelle has extensive experience working with companies of all sizes, in different venues and settings. In western North Carolina, she has worked with groups in locations such as the Montreat Conference Center, Blue Ridge Assembly, Bend of Ivy, Highland Lake Cove and Wheel of Bliss Retreat Center. When living in the Seattle area, she worked with Amgen, Kotis Design, Callison, IDRI and Unigen.
